- Не спамьте, не ломайте Бота, не накручивайте экономику и не обходите блокировки.
- Уровни и валюта Бота — виртуальные, они ничего не стоят в реальности.
- Бот работает «как есть», доступ могут ограничить за нарушения.
1. Согласие с Условиями
Vilgerian Automation (далее — «Бот») — Discord-бот проекта Republjika Vilgerska. Используя Бота или добавляя его на сервер, вы соглашаетесь с этими Условиями и с Политикой конфиденциальности бота. Если вы не согласны, не пользуйтесь Ботом.
Проект не связан с Discord Inc. и Roblox Corporation и ими не одобрен.
2. Правила Discord
Используя Бота, вы обязуетесь соблюдать Условия использования Discord и Правила сообщества Discord. Нарушение правил Discord при использовании Бота лишает вас доступа к его функциям.
3. Добавление на сервер
Если вы добавляете Бота на свой сервер, вы подтверждаете, что имеете на это право, и отвечаете за то, как Бот настроен и используется на вашем сервере, в том числе за выданные ему права. Бот видит сообщения на сервере и ведёт журнал модерации, поэтому сообщите участникам о его работе и дайте им ссылку на Политику конфиденциальности бота. Выдавайте Боту только те права, которые нужны его функциям.
4. Что делает Бот
Бот помогает вести сообщество: считает уровни и активность, ведёт игровую экономику и профили, проверяет Roblox-аккаунты и выдаёт роли, участвует в модерации, принимает заявки и отправляет уведомления. Набор функций и их настройки определяет администрация, и они могут меняться.
5. Что запрещено
Запрещено использовать Бота для:
- нарушения законов вашей страны или правил Discord;
- спама, флуда командами и автоматических запросов к Боту;
- поиска и использования уязвимостей, попыток взлома, DDoS-атак и иных попыток нарушить работу Бота;
- обхода блокировок, банов и ограничений, в том числе с помощью других аккаунтов;
- накрутки игровой экономики, уровней или иных показателей с помощью ошибок, скриптов или сторонних программ;
- выдачи себя за другого человека при верификации и в заявках;
- декомпиляции, копирования или кражи исходного кода Бота, если иное не разрешено открытой лицензией проекта.
Если вы нашли ошибку или уязвимость, сообщите о ней администрации и не используйте её.
6. Верификация и заявки
Для части функций нужно подтвердить аккаунт Roblox. Указывайте только свой аккаунт и честные ответы в анкетах. Решения по заявкам принимают сотрудники проекта, и Бот выполняет их автоматически: выдаёт роли, меняет ник и ранг в группе Roblox. Заявку могут отклонить, а выданные роли и ранги — снять, если вы нарушаете правила или перестали соответствовать условиям.
7. Модерация и ограничение доступа
Модераторы и администрация могут через Бота выдавать предупреждения, муты, кики и баны, в том числе глобальные. Глобальный бан может действовать на всех серверах проекта и приводить к исключению из связанных групп Roblox или снижению ранга в них. Автоматические меры, например канал автобана, применяются без предупреждения. Если наказание допускает апелляцию, её можно подать на сайте модерации, ссылка приходит вам в личном сообщении.
Администрация Бота (Software Board) может без предупреждения ограничить или закрыть доступ к Боту отдельным пользователям или целым серверам, если они нарушают эти Условия, ведут себя деструктивно или мешают работе Бота. Нарушения, найденные с помощью ошибок, могут быть откатаны, а полученные таким образом ресурсы — аннулированы.
8. Виртуальные данные
Уровни, опыт, кроны, золото, кейсы, предметы и другие показатели в Боте — часть игры сообщества. Они не имеют денежной стоимости, не подлежат продаже или обмену на реальные деньги и могут быть изменены или сброшены. Покупать, продавать и обменивать их за реальные деньги или за ценности вне Бота запрещено. Функции с призами и случайным выпадением — игровые, а не азартные игры на деньги.
9. Доступность и отказ от гарантий
Бот предоставляется бесплатно и по принципу «как есть» («as is»). Мы не гарантируем его бесперебойную работу, отсутствие ошибок и сохранность данных (например, уровней, валюты или настроек) при технических сбоях. Мы можем в любой момент изменить, приостановить или прекратить работу Бота или отдельных его функций.
10. Ограничение ответственности
Администрация не несёт ответственности за убытки, потерю данных или иные последствия использования Бота, а также за сбои Discord, Roblox и их API.
11. Изменения Условий
Мы можем обновлять эти Условия. Изменения вступают в силу с момента публикации на этой странице, дата редакции указана вверху. Если вы продолжаете пользоваться Ботом после изменений, значит, вы согласны с новой редакцией.

- By using the Bot you follow Discord’s rules and these Terms.
- Do not spam, break the Bot, inflate the economy or evade blocks.
- Levels and currency in the Bot are virtual and worth nothing in real life.
- The Bot works “as is”, and access may be restricted for violations.
1. Agreement to the Terms
Vilgerian Automation (the “Bot”) is the Discord bot of the Republjika Vilgerska project. By using the Bot or adding it to a server you agree to these Terms and to the Bot privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
The project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation.
2. Discord rules
By using the Bot you agree to follow the Discord Terms of Service and the Discord Community Guidelines. Breaking Discord’s rules while using the Bot removes your access to its features.
3. Adding to a server
If you add the Bot to your own server, you confirm that you have the right to do so and you are responsible for how the Bot is configured and used on your server, including the permissions granted to it. The Bot sees messages on the server and keeps a moderation log, so tell members how it works and give them a link to the Bot privacy policy. Give the Bot only the permissions its features need.
4. What the Bot does
The Bot helps run a community: it counts levels and activity, runs the game economy and profiles, checks Roblox accounts and gives roles, takes part in moderation, accepts applications and sends notifications. The set of features and their settings are decided by the administration and may change.
5. What is prohibited
You must not use the Bot for:
- breaking the laws of your country or Discord’s rules;
- spam, command flooding and automated requests to the Bot;
- finding and exploiting vulnerabilities, hacking attempts, DDoS attacks and other attempts to disrupt the Bot;
- evading blocks, bans and restrictions, including by using other accounts;
- inflating the game economy, levels or other figures through bugs, scripts or third-party programs;
- impersonating another person during verification and in applications;
- decompiling, copying or stealing the Bot’s source code, unless an open licence of the project allows it.
If you find a bug or a vulnerability, report it to the administration and do not exploit it.
6. Verification and applications
Some features require you to confirm a Roblox account. Give only your own account and honest answers in questionnaires. Decisions on applications are made by project staff, and the Bot carries them out automatically: it gives roles and changes your nickname and your rank in a Roblox group. An application may be rejected, and roles and ranks that were granted may be removed, if you break the rules or stop meeting the conditions.
7. Moderation and restricting access
Moderators and the administration may use the Bot to issue warnings, mutes, kicks and bans, including global ones. A global ban may apply on all of the project’s servers and lead to removal from linked Roblox groups or a lower rank in them. Automatic measures, such as the autoban channel, apply without warning. If a punishment allows an appeal, you can file it on the moderation site, and the link is sent to you in a private message.
The Bot administration (the Software Board) may, without notice, restrict or close access to the Bot for individual users or entire servers that break these Terms, behave destructively or interfere with the Bot. Violations found by exploiting bugs may be rolled back, and resources obtained that way may be cancelled.
8. Virtual data
Levels, XP, crowns, gold, cases, items and other figures in the Bot are part of the community’s game. They have no monetary value, may not be sold or exchanged for real money and may be changed or reset. Buying, selling or trading them for real money or for anything of value outside the Bot is prohibited. Features with prizes and random drops are games, not gambling for money.
9. Availability and disclaimer
The Bot is provided free of charge and “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors or the safety of data (for example levels, currency or settings) during technical failures. We may change, suspend or stop the Bot or any of its features at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
The administration is not liable for losses, loss of data or other consequences of using the Bot, or for outages of Discord, Roblox and their APIs.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when they are published on this page, with the date shown at the top. If you keep using the Bot after a change, you accept the new version.
