Условия использования
Коротко
- Это фанатский игровой проект, а не настоящее государство и не официальный сервис Roblox или Discord.
- Пользуйтесь только своими аккаунтами, указывайте правду и не пытайтесь ломать Сервисы.
- Решения модерации и блокировки действуют в сообществе. Если наказание допускает апелляцию, её можно подать на сайте модерации.
- Сервисы предоставляются «как есть», доступ могут ограничить за нарушения.
1. Область действия и согласие
Настоящие Условия действуют для всех сайтов и веб-сервисов проекта Republjika Vilgerska (далее — «Сервисы»): главного сайта vilgeria.com, личного кабинета Vilgeria ID (me.vilgeria.com), сайта модерации (mod.vilgeria.com), сайтов Министерства внешних отношений, Бюро натурализации и гражданства, Сената и полиции, а также любых других сайтов на поддоменах *.vilgeria.com. Пользуясь Сервисами, вы соглашаетесь с этими Условиями и с Политикой конфиденциальности. Если вы не согласны, не пользуйтесь Сервисами.
Для Discord-бота Vilgerian Automation действуют отдельные Условия использования бота.
2. Статус проекта
Republjika Vilgerska — неофициальное игровое сообщество в Roblox. «Государство», его Конституция, законы, суды, армия, министерства, должности, звания и документы — элементы ролевой игры. Они не имеют юридической силы и не создают реальных прав или обязанностей.
Сервисы вне ролевой игры (Vilgeria ID, сайт модерации и другие) — это организационные инструменты сообщества. Их решения, например блокировки, действуют внутри сообщества, его Discord-серверов и групп Roblox.
Проект не связан с Roblox Corporation и Discord Inc. и ими не одобрен. Roblox и Discord — товарные знаки их владельцев.
3. Аккаунты и вход
- Вход в Vilgeria ID и в большинство Сервисов выполняется через Discord. Для доступа к кабинету нужно привязать аккаунт Roblox.
- Используйте только аккаунты, которые принадлежат лично вам. Не входите через чужие или купленные аккаунты и не передавайте доступ другим людям. Один человек — один аккаунт.
- Привязка Roblox постоянная: один аккаунт Roblox соответствует одному аккаунту Vilgeria ID. Изменить привязку может только администрация.
- Доступ к некоторым разделам зависит от ваших ролей и гражданства. Роли и права выдаёт и снимает администрация сообщества.
- Вы отвечаете за все действия, совершённые в Сервисах через ваш аккаунт.
4. Данные, которые вы указываете
Имя и фамилия персонажа, подпись, ответы в заявках и другие данные должны быть вашими, а не чужими, и не должны вводить в заблуждение. Запрещено выдавать себя за другого человека, за должностное лицо или за администрацию. Имена и подписи не должны быть оскорбительными или нарушать правила сообщества. Сотрудники Бюро натурализации и гражданства могут отклонить заявку на гражданство, смену имени или подписи.
5. Обращения, апелляции и жалобы
- Подавайте обращения, апелляции и жалобы по существу и только от своего имени. Указывайте достоверные сведения и прикладывайте доказательства, которые относятся к делу.
- Не прикладывайте незаконные материалы, чужие личные данные и вредоносные файлы.
- Апелляцию можно подать на наказание, которое допускает апелляцию. Одновременно может быть открыта только одна ваша апелляция. Модератор, выдавший наказание, не рассматривает апелляцию на него.
- За спам, повторные пустые обращения и оскорбления в обращениях и чатах доступ могут ограничить.
- Администрация вправе отказать в рассмотрении обращения, если оно нарушает эти Условия или правила сообщества.
6. Что запрещено
При использовании Сервисов запрещено:
- искать и использовать уязвимости, подменять запросы, пытаться получить доступ к чужим данным или к закрытым частям Сервисов, включая кабинеты сотрудников;
- создавать чрезмерную нагрузку: автоматические запросы, парсинг, боты, DDoS-атаки;
- выдавать себя за администрацию проекта, сотрудников или других участников;
- обходить блокировки и баны, в том числе с помощью других аккаунтов;
- собирать данные других участников из Сервисов для травли, шантажа и иных злоупотреблений;
- размещать незаконный, оскорбительный или вредоносный контент;
- нарушать правила Discord, Roblox и законы вашей страны.
Если вы нашли уязвимость, сообщите о ней администрации в Discord и не используйте её.
7. Модерация, блокировки и чёрный список
Администрация и модераторы могут выдавать наказания (предупреждение, мут, кик, бан, в том числе глобальный) и ограничивать доступ к Сервисам. Глобальный бан может действовать на всех серверах и в группах Roblox проекта и закрывает вход в Vilgeria ID.
К каждому бану модератор указывает, допускает ли он апелляцию (Appealable или Non Appealable). Если апелляция допускается, её можно подать на сайте модерации. Бан без права апелляции может привести к удалению аккаунта в Сервисах.
Сведения о людях и группах Roblox из чёрного списка публикуются на открытой доске сайта модерации (mod.vilgeria.com/board), как описано в Политике конфиденциальности.
8. Ваш контент
Если Сервис позволяет вносить данные (записи, заявки, тексты, файлы), вы отвечаете за их содержание и подтверждаете, что имеете право их публиковать. Вы разрешаете администрации использовать их для работы Сервисов: рассматривать заявки, показывать решения и применять правила. Администрация может изменить или удалить контент, который нарушает эти Условия.
9. Материалы проекта
Логотипы, гербы, тексты, изображения, программный код и оформление Сервисов принадлежат проекту (RV Software Board) или их авторам. Их нельзя выдавать за свои, копировать или использовать в коммерческих целях без разрешения администрации.
10. Ограничение доступа
Администрация может без предупреждения ограничить или закрыть доступ к Сервисам любому пользователю, который нарушает эти Условия, мешает работе Сервисов или вредит сообществу.
11. Доступность и отказ от гарантий
Сервисы предоставляются по принципу «как есть» («as is»). Мы стараемся, чтобы всё работало, но не гарантируем бесперебойную работу, отсутствие ошибок и сохранность данных. Мы можем в любой момент изменить, приостановить или закрыть любой Сервис, в том числе на время технических работ.
12. Ограничение ответственности
Сервисы бесплатны и создаются отделом по программному обеспечению (RV Software Board). Администрация не несёт ответственности за убытки, потерю данных или иные последствия использования Сервисов, а также за сбои Discord, Roblox, Cloudflare и других сторонних платформ.
13. Сторонние ссылки
Сервисы содержат ссылки на Discord, Roblox и другие сайты. Мы не отвечаем за их содержание и работу. На них действуют их собственные правила.
14. Изменения Условий
Мы можем обновлять эти Условия. Актуальная редакция всегда опубликована на этой странице, дата редакции указана вверху. Если вы продолжаете пользоваться Сервисами после изменений, значит, вы согласны с новой редакцией.

In short
- This is a fan roleplay project, not a real state and not an official Roblox or Discord service.
- Use only your own accounts, tell the truth and do not try to break the Services.
- Moderation decisions and blocks apply inside the community. If a punishment allows an appeal, you can file one on the moderation site.
- The Services are provided “as is”, and access may be restricted for violations.
1. Scope and consent
These Terms apply to all websites and web services of the Republjika Vilgerska project (the “Services”): the main site vilgeria.com, the Vilgeria ID personal cabinet (me.vilgeria.com), the moderation site (mod.vilgeria.com), the sites of the Ministry of Foreign Relations, the Bureau of Naturalisation and Citizenship, the Senate and the police, and any other sites on *.vilgeria.com subdomains. By using the Services you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Vilgerian Automation Discord bot has its own Bot terms of use.
2. Status of the project
Republjika Vilgerska is an unofficial roleplay community in Roblox. The “state”, its Constitution, laws, courts, army, ministries, positions, ranks and documents are elements of the roleplay. They have no legal force and create no real rights or obligations.
Services outside the roleplay (Vilgeria ID, the moderation site and others) are organisational tools of the community. Their decisions, such as blocks, apply inside the community, its Discord servers and Roblox groups.
The project is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or Discord Inc. Roblox and Discord are trademarks of their owners.
3. Accounts and sign-in
- Sign-in to Vilgeria ID and to most Services uses Discord. To access the cabinet you must link a Roblox account.
- Use only accounts that belong to you personally. Do not sign in through someone else’s or a purchased account and do not give access to other people. One person, one account.
- The Roblox link is permanent: one Roblox account matches one Vilgeria ID account. Only the administration can change it.
- Access to some sections depends on your roles and citizenship. Roles and rights are granted and removed by the community administration.
- You are responsible for everything done in the Services through your account.
4. Data you provide
Your character’s first and last name, your signature, your answers in applications and other data must be your own, not someone else’s, and must not be misleading. Do not impersonate another person, an official or the administration. Names and signatures must not be offensive or break the community rules. Staff of the Bureau of Naturalisation and Citizenship may reject an application for citizenship or for a change of name or signature.
5. Requests, appeals and reports
- File requests, appeals and reports on the merits and only in your own name. Give accurate information and attach evidence that relates to the matter.
- Do not attach illegal material, other people’s personal data or harmful files.
- You can appeal a punishment that allows appeals. Only one of your appeals can be open at a time. The moderator who issued a punishment does not review the appeal against it.
- Access may be restricted for spam, repeated empty requests and abuse in requests and chats.
- The administration may decline to review a request that breaks these Terms or the community rules.
6. What is prohibited
When using the Services you must not:
- look for or exploit vulnerabilities, forge requests, or try to access other people’s data or closed parts of the Services, including staff cabinets;
- create excessive load: automated requests, scraping, bots, DDoS attacks;
- impersonate the project administration, staff or other members;
- evade blocks and bans, including by using other accounts;
- collect other members’ data from the Services for harassment, blackmail or other abuse;
- post illegal, offensive or harmful content;
- break the rules of Discord or Roblox or the laws of your country.
If you find a vulnerability, report it to the administration on Discord and do not exploit it.
7. Moderation, blocks and the blacklist
The administration and moderators may issue punishments (a warning, a mute, a kick, a ban, including a global one) and restrict access to the Services. A global ban may apply on all of the project’s servers and Roblox groups and closes sign-in to Vilgeria ID.
For each ban the moderator states whether it allows an appeal (Appealable or Non Appealable). If an appeal is allowed, you can file it on the moderation site. A ban without the right to appeal may lead to the deletion of your account in the Services.
Information about blacklisted people and Roblox groups is published on the open board of the moderation site (mod.vilgeria.com/board), as described in the Privacy policy.
8. Your content
If a Service lets you submit data (records, applications, texts, files), you are responsible for its content and confirm that you have the right to publish it. You allow the administration to use it to run the Services: to review applications, show decisions and apply the rules. The administration may change or delete content that breaks these Terms.
9. Project materials
The logos, coats of arms, texts, images, source code and design of the Services belong to the project (RV Software Board) or their authors. They may not be passed off as your own, copied or used commercially without the administration’s permission.
10. Restricting access
The administration may, without notice, restrict or close access to the Services for any user who breaks these Terms, interferes with the Services or harms the community.
11. Availability and disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is”. We try to keep everything working but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors or the safety of data. We may change, suspend or close any Service at any time, including during maintenance.
12. Limitation of liability
The Services are free and are built by the Software Department (RV Software Board). The administration is not liable for losses, loss of data or other consequences of using the Services, or for outages of Discord, Roblox, Cloudflare and other third-party platforms.
13. Third-party links
The Services contain links to Discord, Roblox and other sites. We are not responsible for their content or operation. Their own rules apply there.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always published on this page, with its date shown at the top. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the new version.
